ShoBag would like you to enjoy your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please return it to us for a full refund.

Please notify us in advance for a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be on the outside of the package as well as included inside to ensure we credit you correctly. If you have any additional information that would assist us in providing you the refund or service you desire, please include that as well. It could be the original receipt, order form, date and location of purchase, sales person, or returned check.
